Ph.D. Student Positions in Regional Climate

The Departments of Geography at San Diego State University (SDSU) and University of California San Barbara (UCSB) are seeking applicants who wish to pursue a doctorate degree in physical Geography with a focus on Climate.

Successful applicants will work with SDSU Professor De Sales and will be involved in projects investigating issues that include deforestation, wildfires, water resources, and global warming.

The position will be supported by the SDSU-UCSB Joint Doctorate Program, which awards PhD degrees by both universities. Assistantship includes health insurances, registration, tuition fees, and stipend.
